Purposes of the processing and legal basis:
The personal data you provide during the registration to the e-commerce site and during the purchase (name, surname, address, contacts, tax code, payment data) are processed for:
– allow the registration to the e-commerce site;
– manage orders, shipments and invoicing;
– fulfill tax and accounting obligations;
– send communications related to the order and after-sales.
The processing is based on the execution of the contract (art. 6 lett. b GDPR) and legal obligations (art. 6 lett. c GDPR).

Method of processing:
Processing is done by digital and automated means, on secured servers. Data are kept for a maximum of 10 years, unless further legal obligations.

Mandatory to provide:
Providing data is mandatory to complete the purchase. Failure to provide it will result in the inability to provide the service.

Recipients of data:
Data may be disclosed to:
– shipping and logistics companies;
– payment providers (e.g., PayPal, Nexi);
– IT and management service providers (e.g., Aruba for billing);
– parties to whom disclosure is required by law.

Extra-EU data transfer:
Some services used (e.g., PayPal) may involve data transfer outside the EU. These providers ensure an adequate level of protection according to standard contract clauses approved by the EU Commission.

Rights of the data subject:
You may, at any time, request:
– access, rectification or deletion of data;
– restriction or opposition to processing;
– portability of data.
The request should be sent by email to info@rgrservice.com or PEC to rgrservice@pec.it.
At the moment, deletion of data is not automatic and must be requested expressly.

Right to complain:
You can always complain to the Data Protection Authority.

Data are retained for as long as necessary for order processing and legal compliance
